Deco-Relief Coloured Cocoa Butter – Red 200g

Professional liposoluble cocoa butter colouring for vibrant red finishes in chocolate and pastry applications. Ideal for colouring pralines, bars, Easter subjects, creams, plated desserts and showpiece work.

When sprayed onto frozen products, it creates a modern velvet texture widely used by chocolatiers and pastry chefs. Can also be applied with a brush for precise decoration or mould detail. Simply melt to working temperature and use as needed for flawless colour and clean coverage.
