The SELMI PLUS EX is a high-performance continuous tempering machine designed for fast chocolate changeovers and advanced production needs. Featuring a patented removable screw pump and digital control panel, it allows quick internal cleaning and the addition of inclusions such as hazelnut grains and cocoa nibs—making it ideal for flavour-infused chocolate production. Compact yet powerful, the PLUS EX is fully compatible with SELMI accessory modules, offering excellent flexibility for professional kitchens and workshops.
