SOSA Organic Rose Water (100g)

SOSA Organic Rose Water is a glycerin-based, water-soluble aromatic concentrate that captures the delicate and floral aroma of damascena roses. Its formulation allows easy incorporation into both aqueous and high-fat preparations (up to 95% fat content), making it ideal for pastry, chocolate, creams, beverages, and fine dining applications. This organic rose water adds a refined, natural floral note without altering texture or moisture balance.

Mode of Use
Shake well before use. Incorporate directly into your preparation, mixing thoroughly to ensure uniform distribution.
Dosage: 30 g per kg of preparation.
