SOSA Alphabet of Flavours Yuzu Natural Aroma (50g)

SOSA Yuzu Natural Aroma is a water-soluble concentrate crafted to capture the bright, citrusy, and floral notes of yuzu. Its formulation allows it to work seamlessly in both aqueous and fatty bases (up to 95% fat), making it suitable for pastry creams, ganaches, beverages, sorbets, sauces and chocolate work. It delivers a refined, elegant citrus touch without adding acidity or liquid, allowing for precise and high-quality flavor control.

Mode of Use
Shake well before use. Incorporate directly into the preparation, ensuring homogeneous mixing.
Dosage: 0.2g per kg of preparation (approx. 6 drops). Do not consume directly—use only diluted within recipes.

Ingredients
Invert sugar syrup, emulsifier: glycerin (E422), yuzu essential oil.

Ideal Applications / Remarks
Perfect for pastry, chocolate, creams, ganaches, sorbets, gelato, beverages, dressings, sauces, and fine dining finishing touches. Adds bright citrus aroma without affecting texture.
