SOSA Alphabet of Flavours Coconut Aroma (50g)

SOSA Coconut Aroma is a glycerin-based, water-soluble aromatic concentrate that delivers a natural, sweet, and mild coconut flavor. Its formulation allows easy integration into both aqueous and high-fat preparations (up to 95% fat), making it perfect for pastry, chocolate, creams, mousses, cakes, and other desserts. Just a few drops are enough to infuse your creations with a tropical touch.

Mode of Use
Shake well before use. Incorporate directly into the preparation and mix thoroughly for even distribution.
Dosage: 0.2 g per kg of preparation (approx. 6 drops).

Ingredients
Natural coconut extract, invert sugar, emulsifier: glycerin (E422).

Remarks / Ideal Applications
Ideal for cakes, mousses, creams, pastries, ganaches, chocolates, and tropical desserts. Practical packaging ensures precise dosing and consistent flavor.
