SOSA Air Bag Potato Flour (650g)

SOSA Air Bag Potato Flour is a blend of wheat flour and potato starch created to produce light, airy, and crispy textures in culinary preparations. When fried, it expands 4–5 times its original size, delivering a delicate and visually striking product. Ideal for modernist cuisine, appetizers, snacks, or as a coating for proteins and vegetables, this versatile flour adds texture and flair to any dish.

Mode of Use
Fry in hot oil at 190 °C ± 5 °C for 10–15 seconds. Can be incorporated into batters for proteins or vegetables, or used alone for crispy, airy side dishes. Maintain consistent frying temperature for optimal expansion.

Ingredients
Wheat flour (40%), potato starch, potato flour (27%), salt, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate (E621), turmeric.
