The SELMI CHOCOPAINT Spray Cabinet is an advanced, temperature-controlled spray booth designed for the hygienic, precise decoration of chocolate, pastry, and ice cream products. Built entirely in stainless steel, it offers a professional-grade solution for spraying cocoa butter, coloured chocolate, jellies, and glazes—ideal for bars, pralines, cakes, semifreddos, and polycarbonate moulds.

Equipped with a built-in compressor, heated storage cabinet for up to 7 trays (60x40cm), and a pedal-controlled rotating turntable, CHOCOPAINT streamlines production while keeping your workspace clean and professional. Its high-powered extraction system with double filters helps reduce colour emissions in the lab by up to 95%—eliminating the need for external ventilation.

The user-friendly digital control panel allows you to adjust spray pressure, heating, suction power, turntable speed, and lighting, all from a single interface.
