SELMI Automatic Truffle Coating System

The SELMI Automatic Truffle Coating System is an innovative, two-section truffle coating solution designed to simplify and enhance the truffling process. Combining a vibrating, dual-curtain chocolate coating belt with a blower to remove excess chocolate, this system ensures a neat and uniform coating. It also includes a vibrating canalised tank that gently rolls and coats truffles previously coated with chocolate, providing a flawless finish with minimal operator effort.
