Professional Square-shaped plates designed for use with the Pavoni Cookmatic and Cookmatic Special machines. These plates are ideal for producing uniform, clean-edged tartlets with a modern aesthetic, suitable for both sweet and savoury applications.

All plates are made from durable non-stick material for a perfect release and easy maintenance. Thanks to the fast-change plate system, you can switch shapes effortlessly to suit different pastry needs.

Includes:

  • 1 upper plate + 1 lower plate

  • Smooth 30 Square-shaped indents

  • Compatible with Cookmatic and Cookmatic Special
