Versatile Standard Round-shaped plates designed for the Pavoni Cookmatic and Cookmatic Special machines. Ideal for producing balanced, professional tartlets or bases with a smooth, even surface — suitable for both sweet and savoury applications.

Constructed from non-stick material to ensure reliable baking and easy unmoulding. The fast plate-swap mechanism of the Cookmatic system enhances efficiency in high-output kitchens.

Includes:
