Professional-grade Medium Round-shaped plates designed for use with the Pavoni Cookmatic and Cookmatic Special machines. Perfect for producing mid-sized tartlets or individual dessert bases with a clean, smooth finish.

Constructed from durable non-stick material to ensure excellent baking results and effortless unmoulding. The quick-swap design of the Cookmatic system allows for easy changes between plate shapes to suit varied production needs.
