Specialty Triangular-shaped plates for the Pavoni Cookmatic and Cookmatic Special machines. Perfect for creating modern, sharp-edged tartlets with a bold presentation – ideal for innovative pastry chefs and creative plating.

The plates are made of durable non-stick material to ensure uniform baking and easy release. The fast plate-change system allows you to switch shapes efficiently, supporting high-volume or varied production with minimal downtime.
