SELMI COMFIT – Chocolate & Sugar Panning Machine
The SELMI COMFIT is a versatile chocolate panning machine designed for the coating of nuts, dried fruits, and confectionery with chocolate or sugar. Made entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, the COMFIT is compact, efficient, and perfect for artisan chocolatiers or small-scale industrial production.
The integrated heating and cooling system allows you to precisely control airflow and temperature throughout the coating process. During the initial coating phase, cool air speeds up chocolate adhesion and layer formation. In the final stages, heated air smooths and polishes the product for a glossy, professional finish. Temperature is easily controlled via the digital thermoregulator, while an interchangeable air filter keeps the air stream clean.
The COMFIT is also compatible with the SELMI Spray System, enabling automated chocolate dosing for increased productivity.
