The SELMI GRAIN is a specialised crushing machine for processing roasted dried fruits such as hazelnuts, almonds, and pistachios into uniform granules. Ideal for chocolate labs, patisseries, and nut processing facilities, this compact unit ensures efficient and controlled production of nut grains, perfect for inclusions, pralines, spreads, and decorations.
The roasted product is fed into the top loading hopper, where it passes through rollers of increasing crushing capacity. Once crushed, the granules are sifted through a mesh to separate fine flour from the final product. A graduated millimetre scale allows the user to precisely regulate granule size for consistent results.
