SOSA Potato Air Bag Grain (750g)

SOSA Potato Air Bag Grain is a blend of wheat flour and potato starch designed to create light, airy, and visually striking textures in culinary preparations. When fried, it expands 4–5 times its original size, producing a crisp and delicate product that can be used on its own or as a coating for proteins, vegetables, and snacks. Ideal for modernist cuisine, appetizers, and inventive side dishes.

Mode of Use
Fry in hot oil at 190 °C ± 5 °C for 10–15 seconds. Can be incorporated into batter for proteins or vegetables, or used alone for crispy, airy side dishes. Maintain consistent frying temperature for optimal expansion.

Dosage: quantum satis

Ingredients
Wheat flour (40%), potato starch, potato flour (27%), salt, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate (E621), turmeric.
