Sosa Raspberry Natural Aroma – 50g

Sosa Raspberry Natural Aroma is a water-soluble concentrate in a glycerin base that captures the vibrant sweet-and-sour profile of fresh raspberries. Its formulation allows for seamless integration in both aqueous and fatty bases (up to 95% oil content), making it a versatile choice for chefs and pastry professionals looking to enhance both sweet and savoury creations with authentic raspberry flavour.

  • Format: 50g

  • Ingredients: Natural raspberry extract – flavouring preparation (17.5%), raspberry juice concentrate (2.5%); carriers: water (15%), ethanol (15%); emulsifier: glycerin (E422)

  • Mode of Use: Shake well before use. Incorporate into the recipe at 0.2 g/kg (approx. 6 drops) depending on desired intensity. Mix until fully homogeneous.

  • Dosage: 0.2 g/kg
