Sosa Fig Aroma – 50g

Sosa Fig Aroma is a glycerin-based, water-soluble concentrate that captures the delicate, sweet notes of fresh figs. Its versatile formulation integrates seamlessly into both aqueous and fatty bases (up to 95% oil content), allowing professional chefs and pastry makers to enhance both sweet and savoury creations with authentic fig flavour.

  • Ingredients: Natural fig extract, invert sugar, emulsifier: glycerin (E422)

  • Mode of Use: Shake well before use. Incorporate at 0.2 g/kg (approx. 6 drops) depending on desired intensity. Mix thoroughly for homogeneous flavour distribution.
