Sosa Blackcurrant Aroma – 50g

Sosa Blackcurrant Aroma is a glycerin-based, water-soluble concentrate that captures the rich, tangy-sweet character of blackcurrants. Its versatile formulation allows seamless integration into both aqueous and fatty bases (up to 95% oil content), making it perfect for adding depth and freshness to a wide range of professional culinary and pastry creations.

  • Ingredients: Invert sugar syrup, flavouring, emulsifier: glycerin (E422)

  • Mode of Use: Shake well before use. Incorporate at 2 g/kg (approx. 70 drops) depending on desired intensity. Mix thoroughly for even distribution.
