SOSA Alphabet of Flavours – Passion Fruit Aroma (50g)

SOSA Passion Fruit Aroma is a water-soluble, glycerin-based aromatic concentrate designed to deliver an intense and authentic passion fruit flavor to your creations. Its formulation allows excellent dispersion in both water-based and high-fat preparations (up to 95% fat content), ensuring balanced flavor throughout. Ideal for pastry, chocolate, confectionery, ice cream and beverage applications where a bright tropical note is desired.
