Sosa Tonka Bean Natural Flavouring

Sosa Tonka Bean Natural Flavouring is a concentrated, water-soluble aroma in a glycerin base, capturing the warm, sweet, and spicy nuances of the exotic tonka bean. Highly versatile, it blends seamlessly into aqueous or fatty bases (up to 95% oil content), offering chefs and chocolatiers a practical way to enrich recipes with its distinctive flavour.

Specifications:

  • Format: Liquid aroma in glycerin base

  • Ingredients: Invert sugar, glycerin (E422), essential oil*

  • Mode of Use: Shake before use. Incorporate into the recipe at 0.2 g/kg (approx. 6 drops) according to intensity desired. Mix until fully homogeneous.

  • Dosage: 0.2 g/kg

  • Applications: Enhances cocktails, sorbets, ice creams, ganaches, mousses, creams, fillings, sauces, breads, and baked goods.
