SELMI WINNOWER – Cocoa Bean Cracker and Nib Separator
The SELMI WINNOWER is the second step in the Selmi Bean to Bar production line, designed to efficiently crack roasted cocoa beans and separate the nibs from the husk. Ideal for chocolatiers, patisseries, and medium to large-scale bean to bar operations, the WINNOWER delivers consistent, clean separation with minimal waste.
Featuring stainless steel roller crushers and dual adjustable airflow systems, the machine ensures precise separation with two collection hoppers: one for nibs, the other for shells. Compact and powerful, it processes up to 50kg of cocoa beans per hour, making it an essential tool for artisanal chocolate production.
