This exquisite single-origin dark chocolate traces its roots to the cradle of Mesoamerica, home to ancient cultures such as the Olmec and Maya. The fine cocoa beans from Sierra de Tabasco and Chiapas are carefully harvested and fermented to produce Mexico’s finest traceable and sustainable cocoa.

This couverture boasts a pleasant, well-balanced chocolate profile with a harmonious blend of bitterness and mild astringency.
