This Peruvian dark chocolate originates from the Morropon province and their much prized Criollo beans with their distinctive notes of raisins and plums.
Willies Cacao chocolate is made from beans to bar to capture the stunningly individual flavours of the worlds great cacaos, & is craft made in small batches which takes up to 21 days at low temperatures, compared to industrial chocolate which is made in a few hours.
Ingredients: cocoa mass (70% minimum), cocoa butter, raw cane sugar.
