SELMI Automatic Truffle Coating System

The two-part SELMI Automatic Truffle System consists of a two-section truffle covering belt on wheels that incorporates a dual curtain chocolate distributor together with mechanical vibration to assist with the flow of chocolate and a blower which helps remove excess chocolate.

The System also includes the SELMI Automatic Truffle Coater which contains a vibrating canal that rolls and coats the truffles previously coated with chocolate from the covering belt..

This type of equipment allows a single person to coat 25kg to 30kg of product per hour.
