Course DescriptionFree SOSA Masterclass with Chef Jean Sivieude, Technical Advisor at SOSA Ingredients - Afternoon Session
Chef Jean will demonstrate several sweet and savoury recipes featuring new & existing products from the SOSA range.
The Masterclass will last 2.5 hours.
Course to be held at the Pastry Academy, 273 Cricklewood Broadway, London NW2 6NX
Chef Jean trained as a chocolatier and patissier for two years at
Patisserie Christophe Michalak and has taught at Youschool in Paris
before joining the Technical Team at SOSA.
This course is suitable for professional pastry and main kitchen chefs.
