The SELMI TOP EX is designed for the use in the medium to large confectioner's lab and offers an excellent combination of versatility & low running costs.
It is suitable for working with the full range of SELMI cooling tunnels & moulding lines and also works with the following SELMI attachments - SELMI R200 & R200 LEGEND Enrobing attachments, SELMI Truffle Coating attachments, and SELMI Injection Head.
The SELMI TOP EX also Incorporates a low voltage heated vibrating table together with a volumetric dosing facility with pedal to control the flow of chocolate.
Features removable Archimedean screw for fast change between chocolate types or colours.
