Learn how to make your own flavoured couverture with Barry Johnson, the current UK Chocolate Master and previous UK Pastry Team Captain.What the Course Covers:
This course will provide a detailed introduction to SOSA's Taste is Colour, a simple technique that enables you to make your own flavoured and naturally coloured sweet or savoury couverture. We will make one flavour during the course and taste a range of other flavoured couvertures and look at how they can be used including bars, lollipops, panned items, wafers, decorations and savoury applications.
Course Timing
This is a 3 hour hands on course running from 10.00am to 1.00pm, with a maximum of 16 participants.

Course Requirements
This course requires participants to be able to temper chocolate as this will not be covered.
