Course DescriptionAmazing opportunity to learn how to create a winning Afternoon Tea with Tal Hausen former Pastry Chef of the Year and three times winner of Best Afternoon Tea.
Tal Hausen started her career as a Pastry Chef in some of Israel's most prestigious establishments, including The Princess Hotel in Eilat and The Dan Panorama Hotel in Tel Aviv. She then went to Paris where she worked under celebrated dessert chefs, Jacques Genin and Christophe Michalak. After leaving Paris, Tal came to London where she joined Maison Blanc and was responsible for the patisserie in all Masion Blanc outlets and banqueting clients, including HRH The Queen. She was head-hunted by Claridges where she became Senior Chef de Parti before joining The Lanesborough when she ended up as Head Pastry Chef. She has now returned to Israel where she has become an acknowledged expert in Vegan Patisserie.
The Masterclass will last 8 hours and will include lunch.
