Course DescriptionLearn basic chocolate showpiece techniques with Barry Johnson, the current UK Chocolate Master and previous UK Pastry Team Captain.
What the Course Covers:
The course will cover a wide range of different techniques chosen from the following marble, casting in rings, tubes, moulds, flowers, leaves, stems, plastic chocolate, using coloured cocoa butter, home made transfer sheets, air brush techniques.
Participants are encouraged to take home their showpieces so please bring a suitable large box.
This is an 7 hour hands on course running from 9.30am to 5pm, with a maximum of 6 participants. Lunch is included.

While this course requires participants to be able to temper chocolate as this will not be covered, it is suitable for those that have never made a showpiece before.
