Course DescriptionFree SOSA Masterclass with Chef Michael Zorin, Technical Advisor at SOSA Ingredients
Chef Michael will demonstrate savoury and sweet recipes featuring new & existing products from the SOSA range. The demonstration will include presentation of the finished dishes and individual tasting.
A graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie, Chef Michael has worked at several leading restaurants most recently at Palace Le Meurice where he was 1er Commís de Pastisserie on the Cedric Grolet team
The Masterclass will last 3 hours and is for professional chefs only.
