Course DescriptionLearn how to make Handmade Chocolate Flowers and Leaves with Barry Johnson, the current UK Chocolate Master and previous UK Pastry Team Captain.
What the Course Covers:
This course will cover a range of different flowers and leaves. You will learn how to make flower petals in different ways - using tools, piped and moulded. You will be taught how to build your flowers and finish them in different ways. You will use your flowers to build a small table centre display at the end.
This is a 4 hour hands on course running from 9.30am to 1.30pm, with a maximum of 6 participants.
Course to be held at the Pastry Academy, 273 Cricklewood Broadway, London, NW2 6NX
This course requires participants to be able to temper chocolate as this will not be covered.
