Course DescriptionLearn how to make a variety of different chocolate decorations and garnishes with Barry Johnson, the current UK Chocolate Master and previous UK Pastry Team Captain.
What the Course Covers:
This course will cover a range of different decorations and garnishes suitable for plated desserts, petit gateau, travel cakes, entremets and petit fours. Techniques may include the following:- transfers - home made and pre made, piped, stamped, feathers, curls, copeaux, combed, piped etc.
This is a 3 hour hands on course running from 10.00am to 1.00pm, with a maximum of 8 participants.

PLEASE NOTE - This course requires participants to be able to temper chocolate as this will not be covered.
