SOSA Glicemul is an emulsifier derived from fats that increases the melting point of fats and creates more or less solid textures with them. Dissolves in hot, from 60°C, and acts when cold. Always apply in a fatty medium (liposoluble). Thermo-reversible. Flake presentation. Use for pralines or texturized oils/dried fruit butters.
