SOSA Xanthan Gum Pure is a bacterial fermentation of corn starch and shares all the characteristics of the Xanthan Gum but with maximum transparency.
Use as a thickener or emulsifier.
Dissolve in cold or hot.
Mix with a blender.
Use for any type of liquid with water content above 80%. Perfect for sauces, coulis, vinaigrettes, false mayonnaises, soups, syrups and stabilise solids in drinks.
