Description
SOSA Elastic is a very elastic Vegetarian gelatine that resists freezing as it never sets hard in the freezer.
Will not leak water on defrosting.
Its a mixture of Carob Bean Gum and Carrageen.
Mix in cold and bring to the boil to activate.
Melting temperature 45°C.
Use with any liquid elaboration.
