SOSA Antioxidant Gel Powder (500g)

SOSA Antioxidant Gel Powder is a white powder that is insoluble in fats but can be easily dissolved in hot or cold liquid. Use to prevent oxidation of finished products. It can also be added to easily oxidable fruit juices such as apple or grape. Can be brushed onto finished products or if approriate, dip to prevent oxidation when handling food.
