Ascorbic acid source of vitamin C powder. Add to prevent oxidisation of fruit or use as a dough enhancer. Use for sorbet, fruit crisps, mousse, sauces, juices, drinks, foams and bread.
Prevents fruit salad from going brown and helps retain the colour of globe artichokes during preparation.
Use as required. Recommended usage is 0.05g per litre as a preservative in juice & drinks or 3%-5% as an antioxidant wash for fruit & vegetables.
