500g PreGel Gluten-Free Sponge Mix (Pronto Flamenco)
20g Cacao Powder
1. Preheat the oven to 210˚C
2. Whip all ingredients in medium speed for 3-4 minutes.
3. Then spread onto a Silpat mat around 4-7 mm thick.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 3-4 minutes, do not overcook.
For Sponge Cake Roll or Roulade: 1kg PreGel Sponge Mix, 100g Water, 640g Eggs
