Course DescriptionAmazing opportunity to learn the skills and techniques involed in creating a stunning Sugar Showpiece with Florian Poirot winner of the UK Pastry Open in 2015 and the best Sugar Showpiece in the Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie in 2017.
This is a three day hands on course running from 9am to 6pm every day.

This course required intermediate skills in Sugar work and is not for beginners.
