Q: Hi could you tell me if the couverture chocolate 1kg bags are in callets? Also when it explains the composition, it mentions, cacao, cocoa butter and fat and no sugar, does this mean that this chocolate is sugar free?I have been buying the callebaut barry 80% chocolate callets but am looking for something sugar free plus I notice you only stock the 70% and below callebaut barry callets.If you could suggest something in callet form that is deep and dark and low in sugar or better still sugar free, I'd be very grateful
