Q: Hi I have been looking for something like this for ages but just wondering how easy it is to remove chocolate from the mould without breaking? I previously purchased a plastic half sphere from somewhere else which ended up in the bin because I couldn't get the chocolate out, or when I did it just broke up! Many thanks.
A: The main issue you are having appears to be with the tempering. This is by far the main reason why it is difficult to remove chocolate from the mould. I would recommend looking at the different techniques demonstrated by Callebaut here - https://www.callebaut.com/en-GB/chocolate-video/technique/tempering Then choose the method that works best for you.
