The
lowest price for high quality custom polycarbonate moulds in the
UK. Tooling costs from just £1,000 and moulds are from just
£7.50 each (minimum order 100) – all plus VAT.
Following receipt of your brief, you will receive a
CAD design. Once this has been approved, you get a silicon sample for
checking. The tooling is then prepared and the moulds
produced.
Production of the drawings and silicon sample takes
about 10 days, The finished moulds will be ready approximately 30
days after the sample has been approved.

Fast and extremely cost effective, we can produce a high quality semi-rigid chocolate mould (approximately 1mm thick) in just 10 working days!!

of all, the price of creating a basic mould from supplied artwork is normally just £295 including five moulds (excluding VAT).

from sketches, if required, and have a model making service (at extra
cost).
